Miss Lynn Harding Weds Richard C Mortensen in Naugatuck Church
Miss Lynn Audrey Harding daughter of Mr and Mrs Ernest J Harding of 34 Beabe Street became the bride of Richard Charles Mortensen son of Mr and Mrs Albert A Mortensen of 59 Blreh Lane in a four o'clock candlelight ceremony at the Naugatuck Congregational Church. Clergy from three churches officiated. The bride wore a white satin bouffant gown with lace and a three tier veil. Attendants included matron of honor Mrs I Eugene Moyer and bridesmaid Miss Nancy Lynn Moyer. Best man was Bruce Lyle with ushers and a ring bearer. A reception followed, and the couple plan to reside in Naugatuck after a trip to Washington DC. Mrs Mortensen is a University of Connecticut graduate and home economist with United Illuminating. Mr Mortensen is a Natgatuck High School and University of Hartford graduate, self employed with Eastern Communications.

The Columbian Rebekah Lodge No. 85 IOOF will hold its regular meeting Wednesday at 8 p.m. in Odd Fellows Hall with Noble Grand Mrs. Satel K. Long presiding. An officers election and other business will take place. District 8 deputy president Mrs. Margery Blewett will attend to examine new officers. A pot luck supper and Christmas party precedes the session at 4:30 p.m.
