Officials say the dam will likely be rebuilt in a few days with rip rap or sandbags to strengthen the wall.
New York December 13 Private Pred M Yates told a court martial about being forced to sign a confession of stealing army property under a pistol held by Captain Karl V Detzer. He described a later street encounter with Detzer in Le Mans when passes were demanded and the captain had them taken to the provost marshal's office.
