Hessler aged 22 of 434 Oxford Road Oxford was charged with attempted breaking and entering after being identified by the intended victim Mrs Mary Almeida 79 High Street told police her phone rang at 1115 yesterday morning and she saw Hessler try to pry the door lock He was apprehended along South Main Street and later identified at the Almeida home Hessler held on bond and appeared in court yesterday.
