Dr. Joseph Sitar, long-time Naugatuck resident and podiatrist, has been elected secretary of the Borough Fish and Game Club for the fourth straight year. A Columbia College of Pharmacy graduate, he returned to Naugatuck in 1928 and later earned podiatry degrees at Long Island University. He has balanced medical practice in New York and Connecticut with deep involvement in local sporting and service groups since returning home in 1938.
