Woman secures second divorce from same man
Heldgeport, Dee. judge John W. Banks granted five divorces in a late afternoon session. Helen Merritt Rehber of Westport won a second divorce from Joseph Rehber, an illustrator of New York City, on a charge of intolerable cruelty. Rehber was described as hot tempered and left after beating his wife in June. Custody of their three year old daughter Thurelle was awarded to Mrs. Rehber.
