Principal John Alfone cites two students with peanut allergies as justification while officials in Connecticut consider statewide responses though no other public schools have banned nuts.
In Poughkeepsie New York U S District Court Judge Charles Bricant awarded Carolyn Agonafer 140000 for racial discrimination and retaliatory animus after she was passed over for promotions three times. The 48 year old employee had ten years of experience versus a 26 year old white man with under one year.
