Brown University to expand Black student program after boycott
Brown University and Pembroke College will spend about 1.2 million dollars over three years to boost Negro enrollment and aid Black students. The Afro American Society’s two day boycott ended as negotiators reached a partial agreement including higher scholarships and a goal of stronger Black representation in the student body. The men’s group, while returning to class, said more could be done beyond the plan.

Meskill Won't Oppose Powell Seating in January
