Thirty seventh Naugatuck serviceman Walter Korski of Forest Street reported killed in action in World War II. He served over a year overseas with an infantry unit on the Italian Front before transfer to France. He is survived by his mother Mrs Anastasia Korski and six brothers and three sisters. An earlier note to his mother said he was well and in good spirits.
