He leaves a sister and a brother and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Tuesday 11 am Buck Miller Funeral Home Naugatuck with burial in St James Cemetery. Visitation Monday 7 to 9 pm. Memorials to Naugatuck Congregational Church Organ Fund. Arthur Mornbecker 67 of 56 Ward St Waterbury died at St Mary's Hospital after a short illness. Born April 1 1906 in Naugatuck he was a longtime Gaels Mig Cai employee, retiring April 17. He leaves a wife, a son Donald A, a daughter Marion Dalka of Avon, three brothers and two grandchildren. Funeral services were at Alderson Funeral Home Waterbury with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Bearers included Mayor William Rade Burgess Jack Foley Bruce Janus John Janus Edward Bozenski and George Lisieski with a VFW delegation as honorary bearers Joe Poplauskas William Triano Bill Lannen and Richard Clark also present. Honorary hearers were Burgesses Fred Sokoloski Marge Carlson and Thomas Curtin Police Chief Frank Mariano and Street Superintendent Michael Kelly attended. Burial followed at St James Cemetery with Fr Pitruzzello and Deacon Henry Dean directing committal prayers.
