She was born December 26 1916 in Waterbury and attended Waterbury schools graduating from Leavenworth High. Survived by husband parents five brothers sister and a niece and two nephews. Burial at Jew Pine Grove cemetery Waterbury officiated by Rev Willard B Soper. The body of a man found in the woods at Chester was identified as George Zilan an inmate of Middletown State Hospital missing since June.
