Fashion Show To Benefit Retarded Children
The Waterbury Association for Retarded Children opens its 1966 charity season with a Fall and Winter Show on Monday September 12 at the Knights of Columbus Auditorium Dube Lane. Honorary chairwoman is Mrs Frederick W Palomba wife of the mayor. General Chairman is Mrs Agnes Colasanto who outlines the Sleighride of Fashion theme with Miss Eileen Mathews handling styling and Beverly Gifford providing commentary. Models come from area towns and a long committee roster supports the event as it serves as a fundraiser for WARC with additional fall and winter events planned.
