Pentagon finds no conclusive chemical exposure during Gulf War
Pentagon analysis of four suspicious Gulf War events found no conclusive evidence of chemical or biological agents affecting U S troops. In two cases near Al Jubail and King Fahd Military City, studies say agents were unlikely or absent. A Scud fragment event near Saudi Arabia around January 1991 likewise showed no exposure.

Paving Plan Targets Oldest Borough Neighborhoods
Naugatuck plans to resurface its oldest streets in September as part of a seven year road improvement effort.
