Mark Bowman Drowned At Rose Creek In Hubbell Nebraska
Mark Bowman of Hubbell Nebraska was found drowned in Rose Creek Tuesday evening. The 69 year old paralytic stroke survivor had been home all day before disappearing at about five o'clock. He is survived by a wife and six children. Funeral services were set for Saturday February 8. The body was recovered by O J Gooden and Alfred Miller and taken to Wm Shell’s undertaking room. The obituary will be published later. Ray Ashton is sick with the fly.

Burglary Suspect Held After Court Appearance
David P. Triesen, a transient, was arraigned in Justice Court before Justice A. A. Burk at Belleville and pled guilty to burglary. He was bound over to the February district court term opening Monday. Triesen allegedly broke into Charles Moore's Agenda home and stole clothing and footwear.
