Hugh Dempsey states an application will be made to the Licensing Court of Nanaimo on the second Wednesday in June to obtain a retail liquor license for Windsor House on Church Street in Block LVNT. The building currently houses Theida Restaurant and is to be run as Windsor House. May 2 to June 12 dates noted.
