Council hires Nored for water survey and sewer study
At the Tuesday evening council meeting Richard Nored was hired to conduct a water survey funded by Revenue Sharing. The aim is to improve the water system, allow future additions, and move toward a complete filtration plant. A study of the sewer treatment plant is planned, potentially aided by a government grant. The council also reviews drainage into the sewer and asks parties with drains to reroute them. Finance No 57 notes roof or other surface water may drain into the sewer.
