Youth Charged in Larceny Case Amid River County arrests
Clifford Veryle Ringle 15 was jailed in Myrtle Point on larceny charges and held for Yamhill County after allegedly stealing 20 dollars from Charles Starr of Dayton. He bought a bicycle, traded for a 1926 roadster, wrecked it near Reedsport, and sold the car to a wrecking yard for 4 dollars. County authorities pursued him Monday. Walter Bowron 22 was arrested Sunday for reckless driving and fined 25 dollars plus costs and released. Loyd Wilson 28 Vernon Wisen 27 and Harry W Wilson 19 were detained at Lakeside for illegal possession of food fish, fined 25 dollars each and serving their sentences.
