TOPS Ci Oregon 333 won the August event with Cousile. The local club will be hosted by the Coquille Club at Vonnie Roade's home on Thursday November 1 at 1 30 p m. Members must report to City Hall for weigh in before the party. Ruby Bilaskima authored a poem about weight loss.
Mr and Mrs Romakd Pook vow in Yorizeen V2. with lace veil blue carnations orchid and ribbon decor. Miss Suzanne Abel maid of honor and Everett Mitchel best man. Abel wore lavender blue gown. Harvey Harris led music Rosemary West soloist. Reception followed in the church social hall. Mr Poole serves in the U S Coast Guard.
A sorority lists members Crown Come Hampton Joyce Buntley Gloria Kindewell Mary Lou Newton Sue Noyes Kathy Smith and Jessie Todd. The next meeting is scheduled for November 1 at hostess Joyor Huntley home.

The Myrtle Polet Community seeks church and public attendance for Nov. 8 film previews at Pioneer United Methodist Church 18 North Baxter Street. Rev Gordon Harvey will discuss The Creative Use of Film with sessions from 11 30 a m to 3 p m and 7 30 to 8 30 p m. Sessions cover resources for children and youth and adults. Friends and relatives gathered at the Alyrthe Grange Hall on Oct 20 to honor Mr. and Mrs. George King on their 40th anniversary. The couple married in Coquille on Oct 21 1933 with Attendants Del M King and Myrtie Point. A reception included a money tree and gifts, followed by a family dinner at The Colony.
Local Mrs. Melvin Zumwalt returned home last weekend with her parents Mr. and Albert Mils and siblings. The family, including a brother in Eugene, united after two weeks apart, the first time in many years.
