Mac MacCrow Buried Wednesday in Oregon

Mac MacCrow 61 died Thursday at Mast hospital Myrtle Point after four weeks illness. Funeral services were held Saturday at Schroeder funeral chapel with Rev Marion Stern officiating and burial at City View cemetery Salem. He lived with daughter and son in law Fred and Mra Mants and helped in Freds Food Center. Born November 18 1868 in McCoy Oregon he spent much of his life in Oregon including 18 years as supervisor of sales for Rebcon Manufacturing and a Portland service. Survivors include wife Myrtle daughter John McCrow Spokane brother Clarence McCrow McMinnville sisters Joseph Fosher Stayton George Blake Markeraville Canada Violet Ward Golden Dale Wa five grandchildren Vernice Claire and others.

Funeral Held Wednesday For Chas. Thomas

He served in Oregon Co B Inf during the Spanish American War with time in the Philippine Islands. Survived by wife Virgie Howser Kinley, two sisters Rebecca of Myrtle Point and Jennie McMickls of Manuka California, eight grandchildren including a navy grandson and two great grandchildren.
