Dr and Mrs Birch and three others were injured when their car wrecked off the highway. Fred True and others freed the trapped passengers as the L H Pearce wrecker towed the car. Mrs Birch suffered multiple broken ribs and facial injuries. Wanda and Frederick Birch sustained injuries including cuts and a chest pain. all were hospitalized.
