Ray Baird of Bandon Golf Club says the Coquille Valley Golf & Country Club will visit Bandon Sunday for a return tournament. Services were held Monday at Schroeder's Funeral Home and he was buried at Norway cemetery.
The Union High school district will hold its annual meeting on Monday June 25 at 2:00 PM. Elections for two board seats run from 2:00 to 8:00 PM. Candidates are Andrew Waterman Bridge for a four year term and Woodrow Robison Arago for a five year term. Robison seeks re election while Waterman fills the remainder of T S Easton of Dora.
