Rebekahs Honor Thomas Widby and Plan School of Instruction
The Rebekahs marked the birthday of Thomas Widby founder of the Order during a quiet meeting hosted by Mrs. Clyde Allen and others. Mystic chapter and Elgin Myrtle Point plan a joint school of instruction for March with Leila Wimberly of Roseburg attending. A donation was made to the Dr Junetre fund. Suzanne Kruger was selected for Navy Dental Technical training at Bainbridge and may be stationed on the west coast after completing the course. Mrs Jed Stock Jr returned from a San Diego trip and Mexico visit. CBL resumed work at Eden Ridge after snow melt, with cars sticking on tracks. Women of the Moose announced silver teas in February to fund the kitchen, with a Valentine program on Friday February 8.
