The Council met at the Recorder's office at 8 pm with members Hermann presiding and Benson Lundy Hartley Dodge Hamp ton, Marshal Traver, Treaster Arrington, City Atty Robarts and Recorder Pulford present. Minutes of August approved. Reports read and accepted. Sidewalk petition along railroad Avenue and Cedar Street referred to action. Crossing request at Sth and Cathcart granted. Fire Dept notes for equipment approved under $25. Water system committee appointed. Land committee named. Various bills approved. Water supply complaint referred to committee. Licensing committee named for Deyoo relaying office. Adjourned.
