Rev D H Hare former pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Myrtle Point has accepted a call to be assistant pastor at the First Presbyterian Church in Portland under Edgar P Hill DD. He is described as a respected, educated, Christian man leaving a large church with about 1200 members. his departure takes effect around November 20th.
