United States Land Office Roseburg Oregon September 10 1909 notice that Northern Pacific Railway Company of St Paul Minnesota filed to select land under the 1898 act as extended by 1906. Describes tract starting 60 chains west of the quarter corner on section 20 township 29 south range 10 west W M and containing 40 acres more or less to be surveyed as nw of swi section 19. Protest affidavits due by October 30 1909. Also a health ad for Chamberlains Stomach and Liver Tablets urging moderation in eating.
Don L. Greene sues Hattie Greene in Coosa County for divorce. Defendant must answer within six weeks of first publication and by November 20, 1909, or a default judgment will be entered.
