Official notices from Roseburg and the land office announce final proof events for two homestead entries. Guv L C Ros of Myrtle Point and Ernest W Livermore of Myrtle Point name witnesses and will appear before the county land office commissioners in Roseburg and Marshfield, Oregon, on October dates to prove residence and cultivation.

Adverse claimants must file in Roseburg.

Witnesses listed include Oliver Neal Henry Hayes Carter and Frank Neal of Ereska and Benjamin L. Fory Register. A second notice names William T Wilson of Myrtle Point Oregon seeking final five year proof for Homestead Barry No 11666 with proof date October 11 1907 before Commissioner A Liljequist at Marshfield. Witnesses Fred J Massey Maxwell H Dement Cecil Carter William Massey and Bexsawin Kooy registered.
