Edalcontest at Henson Opera House awards prizes
Fifty contestants from local schools attended the gold contest at the Henson opera house with Annie receiving the medal for Nobody's Child and Kite Hayes second. Judges were Mr and Mrs Chase and P. L. The program included speeches and readings by Annie, May Hall, Forrest Withee, Harold Reed, Irene Weekly, and others.
