Edith Pamilla Swan Neer daughter of G G Swan and John C Gy Neer died after Mercy Hospital treatment. Born January 5 1891 in East Fork Coquille River she joined United Brethren Church at age twelve and married February 27 1912. Milbury Died Tuesday After Sudden Heart Failure

W. B. Milbury operator of a small tavern near the city died suddenly of heart failure at his home last Tuesday. Funeral services were to be held at 2 30 this afternoon. He lived in Myrtle Point after a long career in Alaska the Klondike and California. He married Nellie Waters in 1910 and leaves a wife mother a brother and two sisters. He was a Mason and an Odd Fellow.

Proposed sewer plans approved by Myrtle Point City Council

In a unanimous vote at a special meeting the Myrtle Point City Council approved sewer District No 1 plans and specifications prepared by City Engineer Geo E Settle and City Recorder. The district covers about 650 lots with an estimated cost of 32 per lot. If property owners use the Bancroft Act payments are split into ten equal installments of 3 20 each with interest.
