School Patrons Meet Add Eleventh Grade To Course
The district held its annual school meeting at the high school with Chair E W Hermann presiding. Minutes were approved, L A Roberts read the annual report showing 828 school age children, 8 teachers, 31 7514 attendance, 203.8 average, 355 library books, and a $7 088.53 receipts against $5 597.57 expenditures. Directors were elected, with LC Bargelt chosen after Hermann declined, and LA Roberts re-elected clerk. A motion sought authorization for a special meeting to decide on adding an eleventh grade, but the board adjourned, setting July 15 at 1 pm for the next action.
