Publication notice for timber land entry under the Timber and Stone Act of June 3, 1878 in Oregon Territory. Claims by Ernest Sagune JOM Sith Wilear Moore Edward Corser Myrtle Pili and others are listed. adverse claimants must file by August 1900 with the register.
Notice is hereby given that Ernest Kohnekler of Myrtle Point Coos County Oregon filed for a claim under the June 3 1878 act to purchase land described as north west tract in Township 11 South Range 6 West. Witnesses named Merbert N Marmpton Kifehe N Smith Withar lover Edward Carter. Claimants urged to file before August 1901 with the land office at Roseburg Oregon.
Public land sale notices filed under the 1878 timber act and its 1892 extension announce James H Porter of Tennille Oregon and John Gordon of Grant County Oregon seeking to purchase sections in towns 1 west 1 north and 28 south in bridges county with proofs due before the register and receiver in Roseburg and public notice of completion on July 21 and June 10 respectively. adjacent claimants are urged to file within the required deadlines.
