Harry of Sitkum Oregon filed on January 20 1909 application No 03186 to purchase the NE fraction of section 10 township 28 south range 10 west Willamette meridian including timber valued at 207 dollars and land at 25 dollars the timber estimated at 620000 board feet at 35 cents per M final proof to be made August 18 1909 before Register and Receiver Roseburg Oregon protests allowed by affidavits alleging facts to defeat entry. Also local notices about Hides wool and mohair buyers and a testimonial for Chamberlain s Stomach and Liver Tablets and notices for K of P chapter meetings.

It asserts the product relieves aches and pains, heals cuts, burns and scalds, and cures rheumatism neuralgia lumbago and muscular stiffness. Final proof is set for August 25 1909 before U.S. Commissioner Edgar A. Dodge at Myrtle Point Oregon. Protests may be filed with corroborated affidavits to block patent issuance.
