Myrtle Point completes waterworks bond sale and plans
The city signed forty four bonds of 500 dollars each totaling 22000 dollars with coupons of 16 dollars due every six months. City officials expect funds to be available in a week or two and outline plans to upgrade the water system to meet rising demand and cover operating costs.
