The county high school basketball season opener at Bandon Friday December 1 saw Myrtle Point defeat the local team 13 to 3 in the boys game. Myrtle Point’s Young Adams starred. The Myrtle Point girls lost 9 to 3 to Bandon with about forty supporters in attendance.
