Funeral for Leslie Lehmanowaky Arrives in Myrtle Point
The body of Leslie Lehmanowaky arrived in Myrtle Point three weeks after his death in Seattle on March 31. Funeral services were held at 2 PM with WC Rushing officiating at the cemetery. Bo Lehmanowsky, the father, facilitated the arrangements as Mrs Lehmanowsky traveled from Field's Landing, California for the funeral.

Mrs Ella Travis Dies in Eugene After Illness
Mrs Ella E Travis of Eugene died at the Laughlin home in this city after a five day illness from pneumonia. Her son L M Travis and a married daughter were with her. Interment will be in Eugene. She was a stranger in the country and came to canvas for missionary work to place books in circulation.

James Lamb Passes at Gravel Fendy After Long Life
James Lamb was born January 6 1827 in Crawford County Missouri and died March 38 1907 at Gravel Fendy aged 80 years 22 days. He married Nancy Freeman in 1849 and had eleven children. He moved with his family to Coos County in 1878 and later married Enina Freeman in 1874, fathering Edward J Lamb. A long time member of the South Methodist church he remained faithful to his Christian beliefs to the end.
