Tariff bill amendment clash dominates House session

Bryan to donate half royalties to bimetalism cause

W J Bryan will give half of the royalties from his book The First Battle to the bimetallic cause. A committee of Senators J K Jones AR, HI M Teller CO, Allen NE, and A J Warner NBU will oversee the funds.
