Rock Island Man Shot Three Times
F W Moeller aged 50 of Rock Island was found on the Rock Island tracks with a bullet through his legs and two through his head three miles north of Montpelier. He was brought to Buffalo and then Rock Island where he lies unconscious in St Anthony's hospital. He had $20 on him and says he was on business when wounded, suggesting self-inflicted wounds though no conclusive proof exists. He is married with ten children.
