Cyclist Hurt in Motorcycle Accident in Muscatine
James LeRoy Midkiff, 22, of 1504 West Fulham, suffered a fractured skull, broken collar bone and facial contusions in a motorcycle crash at 1:41 a.m. He was taken to Muscatine General Hospital in the Riley ambulance, where his condition was listed as fair. Police said Midkiff turned the corner from 11th Street onto Poplar. the bike skidded on slick pavement in the rain, dumping him onto the road.
