Mull firm to expand facilities with new warehouse
C L Mull and Sons Inc Muscatine wholesale food firm sponsor of Clover Farm stores announces a major expansion nearly quadrupling warehouse capacity. A 240 by 222 foot brick and steel building with refrigerated units and a new 69 by 70 foot office will be erected. The project includes 300 feet of rail siding with direct Rock Island line access and a surfaced parking lot. Construction by Bill DuBose will start soon with completion expected around December 1.

Mystery Of Lost Child Solved In Indianapolis
Police identified the year-old girl known as Smiley as Jeannie Lee Odom daughter of Lois Jean Littler on a prior marriage. The child reunited with her mother Lois Littler at the Marion County Children's Guardian Home after three weeks at the bus terminal. Mrs Littler, 27, Chicago, was charged with child neglect and held on a 2500 dollar bond.

Two survivors of a head on collision on highway 5 two miles east of Wilton were listed in critical or poor condition at Mercy hospital Davenport. Roland Jennings Bermett 48 of East Maline was fatally injured and died two hours later. Dorothy Shinkevich 49 of Ke wan ee, I remains in critical with head and facial injuries fractures of leg and arm. Her husband Nicholas 48 remains in poor condition with fractures of head and wrist and facial and leg lacerations. State patrol said Shinkevich was passing a trailer in a tractor outfit with vision obscured by rain and spray when the cars met.
