Mrs. William McKinley died at 1 30 Sunday afternoon in Canton following a year of illness after President McKinley’s assassination. Funeral plans call for simple services at 2 p m Wednesday at the McKinnon home with Dr Buxton in charge. President Roosevelt and Vice President Fairbanks expected to attend. body to be placed in West Lawn vault before transfer to national mausoleum on Monument Hill.
