Three Iowans Die In Private Plane Crash
A private plane crashed nine miles southeast of Council Bluffs killing pilot Richard Mason 21 and two passengers James Hitchcock 41 and Charles Fries 42. Dubuque delegates to the 78th session of the upper Iowa conference of Methodist churches voted to keep four districts and tabled a plan to reorganize into two. Bishop Frederick D.
