John Boney Reynolds Ill under care at Hershey hospital is able to be up and about. Mrs Henry Hancock Spruce Street 410 underwent an operation yesterday at Hershey hospital under Dr E H King. Mrs W Chambers Seaton Tl who had a slight operation at Hershey hospital has returned home.

In Chicago on June 23 Judge Winde halted the trial of Joseph Bertucci after an Italian man waved a handkerchief at state witness Bruno Nardi signaling warning. The man fled. Nardi and his wife feared for their lives and refused further testimony, forcing adjournment.
