Memorial services for seven deceased Macabees of the local world organization were held at Greenwood cemetery. Attended by nearly the full Ladies of the Macabees, the simple ceremony featured wreaths and flowers decorating the graves with bowed heads and no speech.
The service was conducted under Lady Commander Flora S Bagley. The decorating committee included Emma Sterneman chair, Carry Slaughter and Elizabeth Elis. Seven graves decorated held Emma Reppert Anna Kennedy C Reesink Carrie Rankin Phoebe VIII Mollie Swan, all members of the local order.
