Pittsburg, June 10. Representative Dalzell arrives to defend fraud claims over last Saturday's primary vote in his district. 65 precincts are being recounted and Dalzell seeks an injunction to stop opening ballot boxes, as Judge Cohen issues a temporary restraining order.
Mrs John Railsback age seventy wife of a wealthy retired farmer was found dead this morning under peculiar circumstances. Her husband aged nearly eighty awoke and found her dead a gun was found under her arm it had been bought a few days earlier by her husband. The Vin ton county coroner is investigating. It is believed accidental death though despondency is noted and suicide is possible.
