French Air Squadron Bombards Colmar Station

Congressman Richard Wayne Parker, committed yesterday to the county hospital for the insane, is to be taken today by his relatives to a private sanitarium. Dr Dowd, resident physician, declared after hours of observation that the congressman is undoubtedly insane. Parker first showed signs of irrationality early yesterday.

Frank's Condition Improves, Doctors Say

Milledgeville Ga July 20. Physician Sidiana attending Lea M Frank, wounded when a convict cut her throat at the prison farm Saturday night, reported a restful night and improving condition. Frank is eating soon, though staff must curb talking. Temperature 109, pulse and respiration normal for the hour. Frank moved from the prison hospital to a private room and handled the trip well.
