Muscatine High School drama announces the cast for Alice in Wonderland. Lynnette Rogers stars as Alice with Jim Tesch as the White Rabbit and Kris Gregerson as the Mad Hatter. Condemnation ruling appeal filed in Muscatine court
Robert T and Dorothy Pape appeal a Dec 21 1976 condemnation jury ruling over their Iowa Avenue property and Pape’s Office Supply. The city offered 53,618 while the jury awarded 56,000 plus interest. Rotarians chose officers for July 1977 to June 1978 at Hotel Muscatine. 13 year old girl arrested for shoplifting here
A 13 year old local girl was apprehended Monday for shoplifting at Stiles Drug and Ace Hardware, 230 E. 2nd Lt. Police released her to her grandmother shortly before 5 p.m. Also Monday John Robbins, Muscatine, charged with public intoxication on E. Fourth Street and released on summons. One theft and one accident reported: Nora Leuck reported theft of a full length raccoon coat valued at 700 dollars from Gallery Shoppes. A two car collision occurred at Park Avenue and Lake Park Boulevard at about 4 a.m. involving Edward L. Gerdis and Elaine C. Reid.
