Bandag Inc reports 1973 fourth quarter consolidated net sales of 47.941 million, up 13.9 percent from 42.073 million, and earnings of 15.699 million, up 9.6 percent from a year earlier. Earnings per share rose to .45, up 9.8 percent. Central Swing choir earns certificate at Cedar Rapids clinic
