Sweetland Church Christmas Program Impresses Muscatine
Sweetland church held its annual Christmas program on Tuesday evening December 22. Nursery and kindergarten kids performed finger plays and songs under teachers Mrs Ray Shoppa and Mrs Verle Sywassink, with a duet by Bonnie and SuAnn Nitzel. A sextet and various recitations followed, directed by Elizabeth Martz, Willadene Lindle, Joyce Kemper, and Betty Brink, assisted by Daiwa and Sharon Sywassink. Treats were shared by the Sunday School, and poinsettias from the WSCS were delivered to shut ins.
