Ex U S Senator Dwight Sabin of Minnesota dies of heart trouble in the Auditorium Annex Chicago. Wealthy lumberman and former chairman of the Republican National Committee from 1882 to 1884, he had been a leading figure in the party for 25 years. His wife and daughter were with him. He had stayed at the hotel since November 2.
