About 100 county 4-H officers attended a training session at the YWCA led by Gloria Wirth and Dean Hetzler. They presented on group actions for leaders and member roles while officers organized sessions and conducted a mock meeting with full participation. West Liberty residents used the cold snap to enjoy city park ice skating as crews prepared the tennis courts.
