Centerville Iowa December 20 Special motion for a new trial in the famous Jones damage case was overruled today by Judge Vermillion. Judgment for seven thousand five hundred eighty five dollars will be paid without appeal. Co F Howell the plaintiff's attorney says this is the third largest personal injury judgment ever paid in the state. It is of vital interest to coal mining districts.
