Real Cause of Acid Indigestion Shunned by Experts
The article argues that hurried eating of poorly chewed food is the main trigger for dyspepsia. Specialists recommend eating slowly, avoiding rich foods, and using a home neutralizing elixir to correct stomach acidity. The recipe combines sodium phosphate, essence of peppermint, baking soda, and water, with two teaspoonfuls taken before each meal. The remedy is claimed to halt fermentation and relieve gas, with some suggesting it may cure stubborn cases at a modest cost.
